What are Aquarius’ main assets?
Since our primary operation, Kroondal Mine, was first conceived in 1996, we have evolved from a one-mine operation to a multi-asset longer-life operator with interests in seven operations in Southern Africa – Kroondal Mine, Marikana Mine, Everest Mine, CTRP, Mimosa, Platinum Mile. On 1 August 2009 we took over management of Blue Ridge Platinum Mine and the Sheba’s Ridge Project – the latter is currently under review.
We have proved that our strategy of developing smaller assets is working and we remain committed to continue to deliver on growth strategy and value for our stakeholders as a multi-operation group.

What is an ADR?
Many domestic US funds may only invest in US Dollar traded equities. A Level 1 ADR allows non-US listed companies to trade in a US Dollar form. An ADR is a negotiable US certificate representing ownership of shares in a non-US corporation. ADRs are quoted and traded freely like other securities in the U.S. Over-the-Counter (OTC) market. Dividends are paid to investors in US Dollars. ADRs were specifically designed to facilitate the purchase, holding and sale of non-US securities by US investor, and to provide a corporate finance vehicle for non-US companies.
